Where payment is declined or not made no order will be fulfilled.
Shipping in Australia has a flat rate of $7.95 for orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable. These charges are as per Australia Post charges and may be subject to change.
At present The Ohture delivers only to Australia.
Order placed before 1pm (AEST) to receive your order within 1-4 working days. Non-metro areas may add an additional day to delivery timeframe. The Ohture uses Australia Post and uses tracking numbers.
PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
We give authority to leave for all our parcels with Australia Post. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered.
Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post tracking, it is the customers’ responsibility to retrieve the order either from the local post office, the authority to leave at the location or the business address provided.
Once an order has been dispatched, The Ohture is unable to amend the delivery location or redirect your order.
The Ohture is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on Seafolly.com/au, you are entitled to a refund within 4 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
Please note: The Ohture reserves the right to reject the return of products that do meet return criteria.
What cannot be refunded:
Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by The Ohture once your order is sent. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable.
Returning Your Online Purchase
To return a faulty or damaged item please contact us via email. You must provide:
We will then be in touch with you to arrange a replacement item and send you a returns slip. Pack all items you wish to return with the complete Returns Slip in a satchel, or reuse the original postage packaging if suitable, and secure the returns label to the outside of the package. Remember to remove any old postage labels if reusing the original packaging. Your replacement items tracking number will be sent to you when new items are dispatched.
Please note: No claim will be considered in respect of any goods considered to be defective or damaged nor in respect of any services alleged to be defective unless itemized particulars of such alleged defect or damage have been notified in writing to The Ohture within 4 days of the customer receiving the goods and in the case of goods they are returned at no cost to The Ohture for examination within that period.
Please note that The Ohture does not do refunds, instead all effort will be made to replace the faulty or damaged item. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, items may not be returned due to simply not liking or wanting the product.

Whilst we use our best endeavors to fulfill your order, we cannot be held responsible if the products are not available at a given point in time. It is further noted that dispatch times indicated below are a guide and are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
Not all items listed online are available and may need to be backorder. If this is so The Ohture will make contact with you to advise.
The Ohture assumes all sales are made to persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you need to have the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The Ohture keeps confidential all personally identifiable information you provide us.
If you register your details with us your information allows us to communicate with you about our products, promotions and activities.

If you would like your name deleted from the database please email us requesting deletion. You will be deleted from our database.

The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable of the state of New South Wales in Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
